The Place: Seven delicious apartments in a small two storey residence in the green (a lot of plants and trees), in the resort of Brucoli - Castelluccio, between Catania and Syracuse, in a quiet position. For shared use: fenced ground, parking, barbecue, washing machine, outside shower (only apartments no. 7 and 10). Grocers, restaurant 7 km (Brucoli).  Gravel beach 20 m. Sandy beach 5 km.
Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Car essential.
Direct access to the beach.
