The Places: Seven delicious apartments in a small two storey residence in the green (a lot of plants and trees), in the resort of Brucoli - Castelluccio, between Catania and Syracuse, in a quiet position.  For shared use: fenced ground, parking, barbecue, washing machine, outside shower (only apartments no. 7 and 10).  Grocers, restaurant 7 km (Brucoli).   Gravel beach 20 m. Sandy beach 5 km.  Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.  Car essential.
 Direct access to the beach.

 Apartment n°3 – 3-room apartment 45 m2, on the ground floor: living/dining room with kitchenette and queen size bed sofa, 2 double bedrooms.   2 bathrooms: one of the two with shower.   Small terrace, covered.   Parking on the road, private entrance.

Surrondings:  Brucoli, Castelluccio is the typical resort in the south of Sicily. Interesting excursions to Noto, Taormina, Syracuse and Catania

Note: Price for week, from saturday to saturday, not including:  Sheets and towels ( euro 10,00 per person).  Final cleary ( euro 30,00)
 A deposit of EUR 150,00 has to be paid in cash locally to the keyholder.  Extra beds have to be paid separately .
