The Place: This delightful apartment - dependance (of a Villa, which is one of our offers, cod. 529) - is completely independent of the Villa and is 300 m far from the private beach in the Bay (Baia del Riccio).

Description: This apartment is very well furnished, located in a Villa, suitable for 5 people, close to a beach made of  peddles and volcanic sand. The apartment is 300 m far either  from  Siracusa and Catania, located in the middle of these cities , in Baia del Riccio
 This delightful apartment - dependance  (of a Villa, which is one of our offers, cod. 529) - is completely independent of  the Villa and is 300 m far from the private beach in the Bay (Baia del Riccio). The apartment consists of a large living room with kitchenette and conditioned air, a bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and built-in wardrobes.

Sourrondings:  Baia del Riccio is located on the eastern cost, 30 Km far from Catania and 50 Km from Siracusa. Furthermore it is near other resorts like Lentini and its archaeological area , Pancali Mountain and it is 7 Km far from the fishing village Brucoli and 20 Km far from Augusta and Palazzolo. It is easily reachable by the road SS 114 called orientale Sicula, 20 minutes far from Catania's airport, 35 minutes far from Siracusa and 40 from Val di Noto.

Note:  Renting time from Saturday to Saturday. It is possible renting the apartment  just for the week end (3 nights and 4 days) in the mid and low seasons. The price doesn't include: The final cleaning which is compulsory: euro 30,00. Linen and towels each change per person: euro 10,00. Deposit: euro 150,00.
