The place: located on a spur between the cobblestones beach and the calcareous  rocky coast of Castelluccio Bay. With a private admittance to the beach, the villa offers a very well-kept  large garden and enjoys a fabulous view of  Brucoli gulf and  Catania, from a very special position.


Description:  The first floor  apartment, whose entrance is by a separate stairs, offers a very large veranda with a wonderful landscape and with independent spaces. The apartment is composed of a living room including a little kitchen and a double bed sofa, a double bed room , bathroom with shower and an equipped veranda.

The surroundings:  The old, picturesque fishing village of Brucoli is just five minutes by car and has many cafes, pubs and restaurants.  If you would like to combine the peace of a charming apartment built right on the rocks inside a quiet, secluded village with the possibility of visiting the most beautiful spots on the eastern coast of Sicily (Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa, Caltagirone, Catania, Taormina, the Park of Etna, the Vendicari Reserve, etc.), this is the place for you.Tthe villa is  5 minutes driving far from Brucoli, old fishing town,  picturesque and full of pubs, traditional restaurants and night life, quite close to many very nice tourist spots on the Eastern coast (Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa, Caltagirone, Catania, Taormina, Etna’s Park, Vendicari’s Reserve, etc. etc.)

 Services: Rental price is for week ( from saturday to saturday). the rent includes everything is here above described. Not included in the rent: final cleaning which is compulsory (€ 35,00) , linen and towels are on demand (€ 10,00 per person per set: sheets, pillowcases, bed covers and three towels), deposit  € 150,00. 

Note: classification 4 stars:  2 rooms, 4 beds. Electric household appliances: refrigerator, oven, electric fans, TV, radio. Outer car park. The closest airport is Catania (40 Km far, 35 minutes driving), renting a car is recommended ,  pet not allowed.

 

Possible week end renting (3 nights and 4 days) during low and mid-season.
