The Places:  This glamorous villa, located between Catania and Siracusa, near Brucoli, is suitable for 7 people and faces to the Jonio Sea. The Villa is placed in a residential group of buildings having a private little beach with services.
 The private beach with two marvellous natural inlets, is a sandy beach and with volcanic stones. The beach, 300 m far from the villa, is reachable by foot.
 
 Description:  The villa is surrounded  by a wide Mediterranean garden, with the entrance by a private path; an  inner car parking is available. Verandas surround the villa, which is placed just on one floor, facing to the sea, with a marvellous view of the vegetation. The villa consists of a wide living-room, with precious pieces of furniture and fine decorations, 3 double bedrooms and a single bedroom, 3 independent bathrooms and a roomy kitchen.
 The villa, equipped with conditioned air, offers a garden with armchairs and wicker chairs.

Sourrondings:  Baia del Riccio is located on the eastern cost, 30 Km far from Catania and 50 Km from Siracusa. Furthermore it is near other resorts like Lentini and its archaeological area , Pancali Mountain and it is 7 Km far from the fishing village Brucoli and 20 Km far from Augusta and Palazzolo. It is easily reachable by the road SS 114 called orientale Sicula, 20 minutes far from Catania's airport, 35 minutes far from Siracusa and 40 from Val di Noto.

Note: Renting time from Saturday to Saturday. It is possible renting the apartment  just for the week end (3 nights and 4 days) in the mid and low seasons.  The price doesn't include:  The final cleaning which is compulsory: euro 100,00;  Linen and towels each change per person: euro 10,00.  Deposit: euro 300,00.
